The most popular royal after the Queen is Harry! This made the news astonishing to the british. In this era of democracy, individualism, freedom and equality it is still quiet interesting that an institution such as the monarchy is revered.

Some of this legitimization comes from a feeling of old glory and powerful past, which can be anachronic knowing that most people are trying to break from the colonial past.

At the same time what is to be watched closely is how a member of the Royal family is ready to leave everything behind for a « more normal « life. Isnt it the sign that it is time to break away from it for us all?
